1.No spamming or double posting (except where stated otherwise). One word posts count as spam as well.

2.Do not ask to become a moderator or administrator.

3.Do not revive old threads. Threads are considered to be old once they've remained inactive for 4 weeks.

4.No flaming, excessive use of profanity, or belittling another member.

5.You cannot have more than one account.

6.No messages that are vulgar/unsuitable for members under the age of 13, pornography, hentai, or any other form of pictorial nudity.

7.No character trading. If you are caught, you will be banned.

8.Do not trade characters.( mainly because this causes warehousing and character stealing, requests are allowed)

9.No posting or discussing links to warez or roms/cracks. Discussion of emulators is fine.

10.No theft of anything whether it be mugen or gfx related.

11.NO talking about hacking other sites.

12.Do not post links to Newgrounds or YTMND without the approval of an administrator or moderator. (mainly because of pornography violated all over those sites)
